Sunbelt Rentals was looking to recruit skilled drivers and technicians to join their company. They wanted to emphasize the many benefits that could be found behind a Sunbelt wheel, like flexibility, new opportunities, and competitive pay. We tapped into audiences’ “drive to thrive”; everyone wants a job that doesn’t feel like work, from mechanics fixated on the fix to drivers who take pride in their ride. Through a multi-media campaign involving digital, social, and paid media assets (as well as a lot of automotive wordplay), we helped steer the best people towards a career at Sunbelt.
